The Common Areas and facilities are for the exclusive use of the homeowners, their direct family members and guests. - All Homeowners using the community’s shared facilities will be reliable on their own responsibility and must adhere to the rules and regulations posted in all locations all Over El Gouna. - All Minors below the age of 12 years old must be under supervision of their parents or guardian. Pets are strictly prohibited within sports areas and playgrounds. - Private Events taking place in communal areas must be priory approved by the Commercial & Events management departments. - A security deposit may be requested and the homeowner will be responsible to cover the expenses of any damage or cleaning costs arising from the Event. - Pets must be kept on leash and muzzle in other communal areas and open spaces. - Pedestrians shall have right of way on sidewalks within public open spaces. - In case of occurrence of any damages to assets, property or amenities in the communal Areas will be allocated on the individual responsible for causing the damage or, if they are a minor, their parent or legal guardian or the homeowner in whose residence they are a resident or guest. - In case of any serious damages that may result in subsequent death or injury of individual will be reported instantly to official authorities. Recreation Areas, Parks, Lagoons and Playgrounds (Shared Facilities): - The common areas and facilities are for the exclusive use of owners and residents, their direct family members and guests. Owners and residents shall limit the number of guests using the facilities to ensure access for other residents is maintained at all times. - All persons using the public domains and amenities do so at their own risk and must adhere to the rues & regulations posted in various locations throughout the interior and exterior of the facilities. - Failure to comply with the rules may result in the owner or resident being prohibited from using the facilities' - Any damages to property or amenities in the common areas will be chargeable to the individual responsible for causing the damage or, if they are a minor, their parent or legal guardian or the owner of the property in which they are a resident or a guest. Any serious damages that may result in the subsequent death of injury of users will be reported to the local law enforcement body. Sports Areas: Owners, residents and guests must adhere to the following rules while using the sports areas of the community: - Skaters, skateboards, bicycles, tricycles, and other wheeled toys are not allowed on the basketball, Tennis, Paddle courts. - Stereo equipment of any types (unless fitted headphones) are not permitted within the sports areas. Swimming Pools: The following rules and regulations have been established for the benefit of all users of the swimming facilities to assure the safe operation of the pools and to provide enjoyable recreational experience for everyone. All users are requested to cooperate in abiding and maintaining these rules and to follow the instructions, Community members violating the swimming rules will be subject to escalated measures. - Pets are not permitted inside the pool and must be leashed - Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the pool - No Lifeguard on duty, swimming is at your own risk/responsibility - Smoking is not permitted inside the pool - Pools may be closed and cleared periodically for a safety check or to apply chemical treatments - Infants/ children who are not potty trained must wear a water-resistant diaper - Only swimming attire is permitted - Guests should be accompanied by homeowners when using the pool - No littering - In case of injury, please contact 16650 - Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult supervisor (age18+) - No diving, running, or rough playing at the pool area
