An Exclusive Culinary Experience

This highly exclusive dinner series will be limited to just 20 guests per evening, offering a truly personal and immersive culinary journey. Guests will be hosted by Swiss brothers Dominik Sato and Fabio Toffolon, known as “The Twins,” behind the celebrated Japanese Restaurant at The Chedi Andermatt, part of GHM Hotels — a dining concept internationally recognized for excellence and innovation and awarded 2 Michelin Stars & 18 GaultMillau points.

Throughout the evening, the chefs will personally present their curated menu, guiding guests through each course for an interactive, storytelling-driven dining experience.

Opening Night 

The opening dinner will be a complimentary, invitation-only evening, dedicated to high-profile guests from the food, lifestyle, and business communities — including chefs, food critics, influencers, CEOs, and key opinion leaders.

Dates

Daily dinner at Nihon will take place from April 14th to April 19th. Select dates will be exclusively reserved for VIP guests by invitation only.
